Kortney grew up in Southern California, but has family from Durango, Mexico. She has loved soccer ever since she was little and played for ten years until a severe head and neck injury called for her to hang up her cleats. She then turned to dancing and cheerleading and fell in love with entertaining. She is a former Competitive Cheerleader for USC. With all the injuries from the many different sports she has participated in, she has fallen in love with sports medicine and hopes to be a physical therapist or trainer when she finishes school. But for now she is enjoying her time with Chivas and working on many projects in the entertainment field. She can be seen in many different music videos, television shows, commercials, print ads, and movies. Recently she has worked with artists such as Kanye West, The Game, Tyrese, Lil Jon, and Lloyd, just to name a few.
She will continue to work hard with everything she does, especially with the support of her family behind her. Her favorite place is the beach and she loves to surf. She can often be seen skating and is rarely separated from her skate board. She is very close to her family and loves them and her little dog Jack Johnson very much.
