Overview
Chivas USA signed Serbian winger Bojan Stepanovic as an International Player on March 27, 2009. A versatile player, Stepanovic joined Chivas USA from Serbian side FK Srem, after training with the Red-and-White for nearly a month. In his first appearance with the team, against FC Dallas on March 29, 2009, the midfielder scored the second goal in a 2-0 win.
Pro Experience
Stepanovic was with FK Srem of Serbia's First League (second division) prior to joining Chivas USA, having played there from 2007 to 2009. Earlier, Stepanovic played with Serbian First League club FK Vozdovacduring 2005-06 season. Stepanovic is a product of the youth system of Belgrade side FK Radnicki Jugopetrol, the club for which he made his first-division debut during the 2004-05 Serbian Superliga season.
